Dwedit is Dan Weiss, a Flash animutation artist on ABS, but not only that. He is also a computer programmer specializing in video console game emulation and modification. He also writes programs for the TI calculators.
Back to animations though, Dwedit's animations contain a recurring theme of animutation characters and many classic video game sprites.
